Hello,

The Coulomb barrier for projectile is taken into account in the cross section model, the Coulomb barrier for secondary products - in the nuclear de-excitation model. First of all I would advice to be sure that you check is correct, because the comparison should be done in the correct frame, likely in CMS of decayed fragment which may have some 4-momentum. In Lab system one should expect some smearing of final fragment energies.
