Hello,

For usage of full reference Physics Lists, please, look into $G4INSTALL/examples/extended/hadronic/Hadr00

for implementation of Physics List from components (builders) see $G4INSTALL/examples/extended/hadronic/Hadr01

There are other electromagnetic examples showing how to build custom Physics Lists from components. not a question that Livermore and Penelope builders have been tested for the release and are working properly.

The old style Physics List is not forbidden but when you build it you need clearly understand what processes are instantiated, what is the order of processes/actions for each particle. Because of that, we usually recommend to migrate for usage of builders from Geant4 libraries.
