Question Energy cut value has a minimum 990eV?

Hi~ In my simulation, energy cut value will decrease with range cut value. However the energy cut values for gamma and other charged particles seemingly reach a minimum 990eV in plastic when range cut value is under 3um,as well as below 3um?

I'm so comfused.Any helpful response is extremely appreciated!
