Thanks for replay ! Please find the attached plots which I get (the name of each plot is the physics list which I have used). In my case the <<absorber>> is box with the size 10^5 cm (which is puted in world volume ) and is filled with hydrogen with the density 1.674*10^(-2) gcm^(-3).

In the plot the horizontal scale is X0=density*x and in vertical scale is number of gamma. For physics lists I did not change <<cutvalue>> and the <<cutvalue>> is the default cut value from each physics list.

Could you please explain me if difference between physics lists is due to the some error in my simulation?
