I'm trying to ascertain whether an adequate model exists for T(d,n)He, together with other competing channels, for projectile energies (10 to 150 keV)?
At present I'm using (together) the lists:
G4EMStandardPhysics HadronElasticsPhysics HadronPhysicsQGSP_BERT_HP G4StoppingPhysics G4IonPhysics
I need the HP to deal with the emitted neutron (14.1 MeV COM frame).
I don't see any inelastic/scattering events in the simulation when firing a 108 keV deuteron into aluminium.
Having scanned the forum would I do any better with QGSP_BIC_HP instead and, do any of the lists contain low energy deuteron physics?
Best case scenario: a model exists that does this... 2nd best: deuteron elastic / ionisation / stopping exists in this regime but nuclear reactions don't (I'll thus have to write this myself). Worst case: nothing is adequate and I'll have to write the lot!
Any help would be appreciated.
