Hi Vitaly,

For the most precise neutron transport, you can use one of the provided Geant4 physics list with "HP" (high-precision) attached to the end. The "HP" signifies that elastic, inelastic, capture, and fission neutron interactions will all use the data-driven cross sections and channel-based final state models provided in the G4NDL data library (which must be downloaded and specified during the Geant4 build process...). The data is valid up to 20 MeV neutron energies and will meet your needs.

Probably the most used list that includes standard EM and hadronic physics, as well as the HP neutron physics, is "QGSP_BERT_HP", where QGSP is the hadronic interaction model and BERT specifies that the Bertini model for hadronic cascades will be used.

Hope this helps.
