Hi Forum,

I would like to simulate an Auger neutralization process. I have got a proton, and the proton is shot to the Al target. By simplicity, if we are lucky, there would be neutralization event, p+ become a H and one Auger electron will be sent. In my software I would like to simulate ONLY the Auger electron (or electrons for many p+) I'm not interested in p+ after the event, so they could penetrate the target or whatever. I have found the G4EmProcessOptions there is an method SetAugerActive(). For me it doesn't work, I have got an error:

'class G4EmProcessOptions' has no member named 'SetAugerActive'

I don't understand why the error appears, any clue? I have add the 'option' the same as in TestEm5 example by:

G4EmProcessOptions emOptions; emOptions.SetAugerActive(true);

for protons the physics list looks like this:

G4ScreenedNuclearRecoil* nucr = new G4ScreenedNuclearRecoil();
if (particleName == "proton"){
      pmanager->AddProcess(new G4hMultipleScattering, -1, 1, 1);
      pmanager->AddProcess(new G4hIonisation,         -1, 2, 2);
      pmanager->AddProcess(new G4hBremsstrahlung,     -1, 3, 3);

      pmanager->AddDiscreteProcess(nucr);  
    }

Maybe there is another way to simulate Auger's electron/s ?
