Dear Michel,
I am using a voxel phantom based on G4PhantomParameterisation with voxel sizes 1x1x2.5 mm with three types of materials: soft tissue (defined by myself), lung tissue (defined by myself) and bones (G4_B-100_BONE). However, I found out that the problem also occurs if I am using only H2O to fill the phantom. The source is a gps multisource which I attached to this message.
If I use a simple box to calculate the dose I do not see any difference in the dose between G4.9.4.p01 and G4.9.3.p02 regardless of if I use water or soft tissue as target material.
So it seems to me that the problem is the voxel phantom implementation.
