Question Dose increases by 30% switching from G4.9.3.p02 to G4.9.4.p01

Dear all,
I observed that in simulating radiation treatment with C12, the dose in the designated tumor region increases by about 30% if I change from GEANT4.9.3.p02 to G4.9.4.p01 without changing anything in the physics list and geometry.
I am using the physics lists QGSP_BERT_HP, G4IonBinaryCascadePhysics and G4EmStandardPhysics_option3 and I noticed that the implementation of G4EmStandardPhysics_option3 changed between the two G4 versions. For example, the G4UrbanMscModel93() is not added to the multiple scattering process anymore in G4.9.4.p01 and Rayleigh scattering is removed as well. May this be the reason for the discrepancies? What should be used?
