Hello,

There are two methods:
  - C++ interface - use G4ProcessOptions class from any place of the code where EM physics is already defined. See example in $G4INSTALL/examples/extended/electromagnetic/TestEm1/src/PhysListEmStandard.cc

  - via UI command /process/eLoss/maxKinEnergy 1000 TeV but note that you need also increase number of bins in EM tables precomputed at initialisation

/process/eLoss/binsLambda 99

According to physics quality - LPM effect is important, it is implemented in default bremsstrahlung. Gamma conversion model with LPM is available but not included in the default EM physics. You may haveinterest to add ths model for high energy.
