I was originally thinking about suggesting TestEm7, too, but realized that the request is a bit more complex.

Few-MeV alphas on carbon, scattering at back angles, involve strong mixing of the hadronic and electromagnetic component. I think nuclear structure plays a strong part here, and so if high-accuracy is needed, it may not be easy to get without detailed nuclear scattering cross section information.

It really depends on what is needed from the calculation.
