Hi Wellisch, I don't know if I need it since I've installed Geant4.6.1. I noticed from the web that the new PHYSICSLIST is for Geant4.6.1 and patches, does it mean we have to install it for geant4.6.1? From the message posted by Michel, some endless-loop problems may be caused by the EM multiple scattering in Geant4.6.0. I just tried the Geant4.6.1, to my surprise, the endless-loop problem is still there. I used QGSP-GN 2.6 with Geant4.6.1 in our application. Probably in our case the problem is not produced by physicslist, some times, it may happen if two volumes share a common boundary. Dr. Maire said in his message that they made correction and improvement in Geant 4.6.1, I am not sure if the endless-loop bug is totally removed in the new release. Thank you. --Huaimin Liu
