The version of Geant4 is 4.9.2.p01 and I am using the QGSP_BIC_HP hadronic model. The error message not a G4 error. It is part of our code which flags a recoil nucleus at a primary interaction which shouldn't be there (by my estimation of what reactions should be taking place). Nevertheless, I solved my problem. I forgot that the volume of air present contains a finite percentage of Ar which accounts for the appropriate recoil nuclei (mainly through (gamma, alpha), (gamma,d) and (gamma,p) reactions. Thank you for your interest anyway. On Fri, 11 Jun 2010 20:33:37 GMT, Vladimir Ivanchenko wrote: > Hello, > > Please, add more details: Geant4 version and Physics List.
