Hello,

If one uses standard or default low-energy EM physics, then there is no X-rays from K-, L- and other shells. For today, to activate X-ray emmision one needs to use low-energy PhysList and activate fluorescence and Auger production for photoelectric effect and other processes.

The example how to do that is in examples/advanced, also there information in Application Developer Manuel and Physics Reference Manuel.
