First of all, thank you for your interest.

I akways use the default cut value (1mm). I checked several times MyDetectorConstruction class and I only define three materials. Exucution is run via a run macro that, for what concerns verbosity, is the same that the one implemented for example N03. (I attach it here - it is a .txt file because this forum does not allow me to upload .mac files) The output file I attached in my first message shows correct Materials-Cuts Couples.
