This type of exception tells us that in the Physics Lists the process is defined but corresponding model is not defined for the given energy. It is definetly problem of the Physics List.

Do you use PhysLists of the example TestEm7? If yes, please, post or send macro file which shows the problem. If you prepare PhysList by yourself would be better use one of reference lists or use PhysList of the example.
