Hello,

I think that LowEnergy may be better in the case if you activate deexcitation module (not available for the Standard), allowing to simulate secondary X-rays. The only worry is that you need to take a correct angular distribution for secondary electrons. In standard the classical one is used, in LowEnergy there are few choices, you need to check that the correct one is used.
