This is the confirmation that I needed. I had mistakenly thought that GEANT4 was able to pass from the Standard to the Low Energy Physics according to the particle energy but this is not.

I have another little question: I'm studying the shielding efficiency of an X-ray telescope and I basically work with photoelectric absorption from 1 keV to hundreds of keV. Do you suggest the Standard or the Low Energy Photoelectric?
