Question G4VDiscreteProcess has problems with neutrons and Chlorine

Hi, We have a material called "PVC". It is a plastic type material containing Chlorine. It is actually a source frame holding an Am-Be source. So, a lot of neutrons hit this material. The Chlorine element is described in our code as an element with 2 isotopes Cl35 and Cl37. Actually, when a neutron hits the PVC material, there are a lot of messages such as the following:

G4VDiscreteProcess::PostStepGetPhysicalInteractionLength [ NeutronInelastic]
 Particle type - neutron
   mass:        0.939566[GeV]
   charge:      0[e]
   Direction x: 0.281162, y: 0.958867, z: -0.0390194
   Total Momentum = 0.0300712[GeV]
   Momentum: 0.00845488[GeV], y: 0.0288343[GeV], z: -0.00117336[GeV]
   Total Energy   = 0.940047[GeV]
   Kinetic Energy = 0.000481098[GeV]
   ProperTime     = 0[ns]
 in Material  PVC
MeanFreePath = 0[cm]

It is always with PVC and NeutronInelastic process. When Chlorine element is removed and for instance replaced by Sulfur, there are no messages anymore. I use LHEP_PRECO_HP with G4.5.2 p02 with gcc 3.2 Linux Mandrake9.0. Any idea why such a behaviour ??? Thanks,
