Thank You for reply and help! One more question. I've read G4ProtonIsotopeProduction.hh. It says: "Isotope production model for proton induced production below 100 MeV". Are there any other models for proton induced production of isotopes in Geant 4? 100 MeV - is it an upper limit for measured experimental data or is it an energy above which the isotope production is impossible? Thanks.
