Step limiter allows to limit particle step by defined value. For 
delta-electron trajectories in field it may be useful - they will have 
more circle form. 

Recently, a new feature SmoothTrajectoy become available. It may be a good
alternative. Please, have a look into documentation for G4 visualization
and ask questions in visualization forum.
