Hello,

Yes, Hadr01 was released with 8.1, so it was not normally exist in 8.0.

About physics in the energy range 1-20 MeV - HP package for neutrons is 
more precise than precompound model, but requires much more CPU, because 
is able simulate neutron transport down to thermal energies. If you will 
try to work with G4 8.2 possible recommendation may be

G4QElastic  and Precompaund model for protons (Pracompaund and Binary 
cascade are equivalent).

The same for neutrons if you will try more fast mode, alternatively HP 
package for neutrons both for elastic and inelastic interactions.
