Question meta-stable states of Germanium isotopes

Hello, I am using Geant4 to simulate the neutron interaction with 
Germanium detector. The energy of neutron ranges from 0 to 12 MeV.
There are two gamma peaks in the energy spectrum recorded by the 
Germanium detector coming from the de-excitation of meta-stable
states of two Ge isotopes:

1. 139 keV gamma from 74Ge+n -> 75mGe, 75mGe -> 75Ge + gamma after
   47.7 second
2. 198 keV gamma from 70Ge+n -> 71mGe, 71mGe -> 71Ge + gamma after
   20.40 ms

Unfortunately, there is no these peaks in my simulation. Does somebody
have any clue that why they are missing in the simulation?

For your reference:

The Geant4 version I am using is 8.1

The database I am using is G4NDL3.9 & RadiativeDecay3.0

The physics list I am using is a mix of that from underground_physics 
example and QGSP_HP
