Hello,

As a starting point QGSP is OK, however, I would try also QGSP_BERT and QGSP_BIC Physics Lists.

You method to stop msc is correct, results are "normal" in sence that chnaged particles will not have multiple scattering.

The warning you have happen at the end of the run. It is likely G4 bug, which does not effect your results. You can submit a bug report about this problem.
