Does it change something if you explicitely define the isotopic Boron composition?

G4Element* B = new G4Element("Boron","B",ncomponents=2);
  B->AddIsotope(B10,19.1*perCent);
  B->AddIsotope(B11,80.9*perCent);

In any case, the (n,alpha) inelastic interaction are simulated using database-files in G4NDL (I guess you are using HP-neutron processes). The directory is Inelastic/F27. The files for both Boron isotopes are there.
