Hi Ioannis

In your physics list you are using the 2BN generator for bremsstrahlung. This generator which offers a more detailed treatment of the angular distribution is about 40% slower (10-100 kev electron energy) than the original "modified Tsa"i generator, although at these energies and in soft tissues the probability of bremsstrahlung emission in not significant

(please see http://wwwasd.web.cern.ch/wwwasd/geant4/ G4UsersDocuments/UsersGuides/PhysicsReferenceManual/ html71/node60.html#SECTION04771000000000000000)

You can however try to play with the trade off between the CPU and accuracy.

Best regards, Pedro
