Thanks for the comments. I have two more questions about the matter:

1. I've seen in other questions on the forum mention of the commands:

G4LowEnergyIonisation* theLEIonisation = new G4LowEnergyIonisation(); // Activate fluorescent photons and Auger electrons birth theLEIonisation->ActivateFluorescence(true); theLEIonisation->ActivateAuger(true); // Set birth energy cuts theLEIonisation->SetCutForLowEnSecPhotons(10.*keV); theLEIonisation->SetCutForLowEnSecElectrons(10.*keV);

Do you think these are necessary for my application?

2. In the example you suggested I look at: examples/extended/medical/GammaTherapy, if I read it correctly, in the low energy option they still construct and register Muons and Protons and Generic Ions:

Is this necessary in my energy range too?
