None problem with radioactive decay and LowEnergy PhisicsList

Hello,
I use Geant4.7.0 and i want to do the decay of 137Cs.
First i have simulated gamma with single energy without decay with LowEnergy PhysicsList.
I hace calculated  efficiency at 32 keV and 662 keV. Then, i try to do the same thing with radioactive deacy with exrdm example.
When i use the Standard PhysicsList no problem, the efficiency at 32 and 662 keV are the same with single energy gamma.
But when i use the LowEnergy PhysicsList the efficiency are different. I think there is a problem with the energy loss :

So we can see that for electron the energy loss is higher than their initial energy. 
Does it means that radioactve decay doesn't work with LowEnergy package? Can we hope that radioactive decay works with LowEnergye package.
