Question How to get the 511 keV annihilation line ..

Dear GEANT users,

My First Doubt is this :-
      I have a 2.5 mm Al sheet and I am irradiating it with 3 GeV protons.
I have included hadron, muon, and electromagnetic processes in the physics 
list .... I am seeing a lot of reactions in which secondary photons, 
neutrons, electrons and positrons are produced.I have a dummy detector 
placed behind the Al plate which counts these secondary particles (energy 
type ..) All this is fine ... but effectively, the 511 keV annihilation line 
should be produced ... I check the output tracking histories and I donot see 
any indication of this line .... In my code, the eplusAnnihilation() 
is included for positrons, (ie)
pmanager->AddProcess(new G4eplusAnnihilation(), 0,-1,4);

My Second Doubt is this :-

My question is (it may seem extraordinarily silly ...) what do the numbers at the end mean ? Do they mean something specific for different processes.
