I modified the material definition as below:

G4Isotope* Si28 = new G4Isotope(name="si28",iz=14,n=14,a=28.9*g/mole); G4Element* elSi = new G4Element(name="Pure Si28",symbol="si",ncomponents=1); elSi->AddIsotope(Si28,abundance=100.*perCent);

in this way I think the silicon is pure Si28. but it also can produce Si30[0,0]; So it just means that when the elastic process take place, it don't depend on the material definition?
