Question Advice: Closest equivalent to G3 gCALOR?

Hi,

I'm an experienced G3 user but new to G4. I'm using G3 (and now G4) to study the response of the MINOS Fe+Sci calorimeter to pions and protons in the 0.4-10 GeV/c range. The emphasis is on momenta below 3 GeV/c. It turns out that, in G3, the gCALOR program describes the low energy testbeam data best. G4 appears to be very neat since there are many possible models which can be used. For a newbie though it's a little much! So, I'm wondering which list I should start on. Clearly, one containing "BERT" seems advisable, but I'm also concerned with the low energy neutron transport, which is done by MICAP in gCALOR. Can someone advise me on the most similar transport code in G4?
