Hello,

for proton-nucleus elastic cross section, the Chips cross section is used; for proton-nucleus inelastic cross section, the Barashenkov-Glauber-Gribov cross section is used.

If you are interested to proton interaction below 200 MeV, you might try QGSP_BIC_AllHP, which uses the TENDL proton cross section. You need to download from the Geant4 site the data library G4TENDL1.3.2 (for Geant4 versions 10.4 and 10.5) and define the environmental variable G4PARTICLEHPDATA to point to this data library.
