Hello,

I am studying 255Rf.  I add the private data in the physics class. For photon evaporation data I use
G4NuclearLevelData* data = G4NuclearLevelData::GetInstance();
   bool flag1 = data->AddPrivateData(104,255,"userPhotonEvapData_z104.a255");
   bool flag2 = data->AddPrivateData(102,251,"userPhotonEvapData_z102.a251");

And for radioactive decay data
G4RadioactiveDecay* radioactiveDecay = new G4RadioactiveDecay("RadioactiveDecay");
    radioactiveDecay->SetARM(true); 
    radioactiveDecay->SetICM(true);

    //-------------Add user radioactivity data----------
    G4NucleusLimits limits(1, 300, 1, 117);
    radioactiveDecay->SetNucleusLimits(limits);
    radioactiveDecay->AddUserDecayDataFile(104,255,"userRadDecayData_z104.a255");
    radioactiveDecay->AddUserDecayDataFile(102,251,"userRadDecayData_z102.a251");

As in example/extended/radioactivedecay/rdecay01 on could add these data using commands

/grdm/setRadioactiveDecayFile /grdm/setPhotoEvaporationFile

For the atomic deexcitation part I am referring to Firestone's Table of Isotopes 8th edition (APPENDIX F).
