Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. You make two points.
1. setting physics parameters works with the UI commands. Try:
/process/msc/RangeFactorMuHad .21 /process/msc/GeomFactor 2.1
It's a little confusing because the printout reads
Geometry factor for msc step limitation of e+- 2.1
but it is the same geometry factor for protons.

2. The proton pdd appears incorrect. If you use unmodified option 4 EM physics you should get the correct result. If not please give more details of your setup. Have you tried either examples/extended/electromagnetic/TestEm11 or examples/extended/runAndEvent/RE02 ?
