The new LEND-based gamma-nuclear treatment, introduced in G4 10.4, is available only with the physics list ShieldingLEND.
By using it, you will see:
                           Hadronic Processes for gamma

  Process: photonNuclear
        Model:            BertiniCascade: 20 MeV ---> 3.5 GeV
        Model:           TheoFSGenerator: 3 GeV ---> 100 TeV
        Model:           LENDorBERTModel: 0 eV  ---> 20 MeV
     Cr_sctns:  LENDCombinedCrossSection: 0 eV  ---> 20 MeV
     Cr_sctns:            PhotoNuclearXS: 0 eV  ---> 100 TeV
