Hello,

in all Geant4 Physics Lists simulation of muons is the same. These models cannot performing simulation with extremely low cuts. At initialization of Geant4 using value of "cut in range" production thresholds per material are computed. This thresholds (in energy) limited delta-electron kinetic energy. There are two limits: default low-energy limit 0.999 keV which may be reduced by UI command:

/cuts/setLowEdge 100 eV

All ionization models have extra internal limit equal to mean ionization potential of the media, so no sense reducing cut and LowEdge to very small value. In the standard log file values of production threshold and parameters of models of ionization are shown.
