 1- example Hadr06 includes electromagnetic  + hadronic + radioactiveDecay physics.
 I have added an histogram to plot energy spectrum of alphas at creation, and ran the macro below : proton (10 MeV) within a sphere of boron.
 For 2 millions events, there are ~8600 alphas produced with binary cascade and ~7400 with Bertini. Plot in attachment.
 This is the physics that Geant4 can offer. I let  you judge if this acceptable  for your situation or not.

 2- Biasing. To increase statistic, you can force the proton to interact within your boron layer ( I do not know how to do ! Put the question in biasing forum).
 But you cannot force a given channel.
