I have been trying to simulate the elastic scattering process of he3 on he4 with Geant4. I have introduced the multiple scattering process as this is significant for low energy charged particles.
I want to kill the primary particle (he3) in a certain volume of the setup. I was able to kill the primary using SteppingAction and with SetTrackStatus=fStopAndKill();
I have recorded the position of the he3 that was killed. Now, I want to create he3 and he4 scattering from the same position following elastic scattering kinematics. Since the process is already killed, how can I generate the secondaries (he3 and he4)? Any particular example would be highly appreciated. Thanks.
