Question gps - cannnot set energy to zero

Hello,

a played a bit with the example rdecay02 from geant4 version 10.5 build under geant4 version 10.5. When I only changed the G4ParticleGun in that example to the G4GerneralParticleGun and generate ion sources with energy 0 the program shows always ions with energy 1 MeV:
