Hello,

it is possible only theoretically (Geant4 allows many things) but it is so difficult, that I would advice doing that. The reason: first step limits are established and later the fluctuation of energy loss is sampled. Fluctuations of energy loss are not applied only for DNA simulation, which is a very special task. In all other cases fluctuations are needed.
