Hello I would like to generate n particles according to a phase-space distribution from a given amount of energy. I found the G4PhaseSpaceDecayChannel class which does the right thing, but it must be associated with a parent particle, otherwise it reports an error message. So I created a pseudo-particle type with its mass being equal to the available energy, and I have given this particle type as the parent for G4PhaseSpaceDecayChannel. Is there a simpler way to generate particle momenta for a many-body final state according to a phase space distribution?
