Click on the Forum title, e.g. on the "Forums by Category" page, to read a sequence of postings to the Forum and its threads all in one page. If you are only interested in one thread or the thread following a specific posting, click the thread or the posting, which takes you to a smaller page, which contains only the part you are interested in and may be easier to navigate.
Messages are "chained" if there are only replies at the first level, i.e. 1/1.html, 1/1/1.html etc. In case of "chained" messages the message number is replaced by the icon and there is no indentation.
Inline: Display the subject line only or also the text of the posting(s); for the choice "All" the "Outline" choices are switched off.

I tried to use an energy spectrum for my planar particle source. Following the examples of exgps, I used the following commands for energy distribution. /gps/ene/type Arb /gps/hist/type arb /gps/hist/file spectrum160.dat The content of spectrum160.dat looks like this: 0.018 0.000104 0.019 0.00024 0.02 0.00048 0.021 0.00084 0.022 0.00135 0.023 0.00200 0.024 0.00277 .... 0.154 0.000582447 0.155 0.000517353 0.156 0.000453812 0.157 0.000379098 0.158 0.000249693 0.159 0.000123373 0.160 0.00002 The first column is energy, the second is weight. I am absolutely sure that there is no irrelevant characters in the file. However, I received the following error message after starting the program: ### Run 0 starts. G4WT0 > ### Run 0 starts on worker thread 0. G4WT0 > ... create Csv file : np2m70keV_nt_microdosimetry_t0.csv - done G4WT0 > -------- EEEE ------- G4Exception-START -------- EEEE ------- *** G4Exception : Event0302 issued by : G4SPSEneDistribution::GenArbPointEnergies Error: IntType unknown type *** Fatal Exception *** core dump *** -------- EEEE -------- G4Exception-END --------- EEEE ------- G4WT0 > G4WT0 > *** G4Exception: Aborting execution *** Aborted (core dumped) Whether I use /gps/ene/type Arb or /gps/ene/type User, the above message appears. If I used /gps/hist/type energy /gps/hist/file spectrum160.dat The program can run smoothly. However, the spectrum specified in spectrum160.dat is not used at all. Is this a bug of GPS? Thanks, Huagang.
