Hi, I am not sure how cross section for proton on silicon helps confirm SingleEventUpset cross section that I am trying to gather unless there is a way of getting SEU cross section from proton/si cross section.

I need confirmation on using 1 million/1um^2 for my fluence because unless I'm mistaken, I don't think fluence is defined for primary particle in geant4.
