 You can check cross sections with Hadr03 (macro attached).
 What you will get : 

 The run is 100000 proton of 57 MeV through 10 m   of G4_Si (density: 2.33 g/cm3 )

 Process calls frequency:
	hadElastic= 57979	protonInelastic= 42021

 MeanFreePath:	16.374 cm  +- 16.392 cm 	massic: 38.152 g/cm2 
 CrossSection:	0.061071 cm^-1 		massic: 2.6211 mm2/g 
 crossSection per atom:	1.2224 barn  

 Verification: crossSections from G4HadronicProcessStore:
          hadElastic= 1.5221 mm2/g 	709.86 mbarn 
     protonInelastic= 1.1021 mm2/g 	514 mbarn 
               total= 2.6242 mm2/g 	1.2239 barn
