Question Particle Fluence

Forum: Particles
Date: 31 Aug, 2016

Hello geant4 users.

I am not sure if this is the appropriate forum but I have a question about getting the fluence (particles/cm^2).

I am attempting to find the Single Event Upset Cross Section which is # of upsets/Fluence.

If I simulate for example 1000 proton beams on a 100 um^3 silicon box, what would the fluence be? I am using Hadr06 example to shoot the beam at the middle of the silicon box.

Thanks!
