The only decay process in G4 that takes the particle's spin into account is the muon decay - and only - when the user has specified G4DecayWithSpin to replace the ordinary G4Decay:

> Scatterings of any kind do not affect the spin vector.

Yes, except there are some specialized processes that either affect the polarization or take it into account. Those are in /processes/electromagnetic/polarisation

And there are polarized optical photons, phonons and ultra-cold neutrons.
