Question Weights in General Particle Source for User defined histograms

Forum: Particles
Date: 05 Jun, 2015
From: <ZachB>

Hi,

I am currently trying to input a user defined histogram and the documentation tells me that I need the energy of the particle and the weight of the particle. I understand energy, but I don't know what it means by weight of the particle. Could someone assist? Thanks.

Documentation I am referring to is found here: https://geant4.web.cern.ch/geant4/UserDocumentation/UsersGuides/ForApplicationDeveloper/html/ch02s07.html
