I have a similar problem. I conducted the following experiment: Isotropic x-ray source 6 MeV at a distance of 1.5 meters from the detector array. Detector array consisted of 314 detectors of 1 mm. Statistics collected for 40 vertical lines, for each line of 100 million events. As can be seen from the attachment figure for multithreaded mode appeared clearly visible horizontal lines.

RunAction contains the following code:
 long seeds[2];
 time_t systime = time(NULL);
 seeds[0] = (long) systime;
 seeds[1] = (long) (systime * G4UniformRand());
 G4Random::setTheSeeds(seeds);
 // or G4MTHepRandom::setTheSeeds(seeds);

Systems: Ubuntu 14, Geant 10 patch 2. Altlinux, Geant 10 patch 1.
