Since you are new to Geant4, I hope that you're starting with some of our examples, in order to ensure that you know how to compile and link applications. If so, which example are you using?

If you have your own application, what physics list are you using? The physics list is responsible for instantiating all of the particles needed for it's associated processes (this is done in the ConstructParticle() function).
