Yes, there is an extension. It is the result of work done by people associated with ESA (European Space Agency) for the simulation of X-ray telescopes - quite some time ago now. ESA is also discussing this further in view of their next ESA large X-ray mission ATHENA.
Regarding the X-ray surface reflection process: Giuseppe Vacanti had indeed offered some cosine developments to the Geant4 collaboration in the past. Part of their developments are offered for download for free from http://www.xraytracer.com/ upon registration.
I have downloaded the free package and it looks to be in great shape and is probably also compatible even with the most recent versions of Geant4. In fact, I hope to include this code as part of G4 version 10.1 in December.
